Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with Antibodies. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help with returns and refunds. Please review our Returns and Refunds policy below for more details.

1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Return Window: You must initiate your return within 3 days of receiving your order.
Condition of Items: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Non-returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable and cannot be refunded:
Gift cards
Underwear and swimwear for hygiene reasons
Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)
If the items are not in original condition or the return is made outside the specified period, we reserve the right to refuse the return and deny the refund.

2. How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Start by contacting our Customer Service team at antibodies2024@gmail.com or +91 9316195124 within 3 of receiving your order. Provide your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Return Authorization: Once we confirm your return eligibility, we will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the items. Please do not send your items back without obtaining this number.

Packaging: Carefully package the items in their original packaging, ensuring they are protected from damage during shipping. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error on our part.

Ship the Item: Send the item back to us using a traceable shipping method (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx). We recommend keeping the tracking number for your records.

Return Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items to ensure they meet our return criteria. If your return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 days.

3. Refunds
Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take up to 3 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

Partial Refunds: If only part of your order is returned, a partial refund will be issued based on the value of the returned item(s).

4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the replacement item. Please contact our Customer Service team for assistance with returns and reordering.

5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 of receiving the product. We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or damaged items and issue a full refund or send a replacement item. Please provide photos of the damage or defect when contacting our Customer Service team to expedite the process.

6. Order Cancellations
Once your order is placed, we aim to process it quickly. However, if you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at antibodies2024@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or modify your order once it has been processed or shipped.

7. Gift Returns
If you received a gift from Antibodies and wish to return it, we can offer store credit for the value of the returned item. The item must meet the same return eligibility conditions outlined above. To initiate a gift return, please contact us at antibodies2024@gmail.com with the order number and gift details.

8. International Returns
For international returns, the process is the same as domestic returns, but the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed in the same manner as domestic returns but may take longer due to international shipping times.
